1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for following relief(s):- (i)That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the merit list Annexure P-l and direct the respondent Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2026.08.25 16:44:33 +0530
2 authorities to reconsider the documents submitted by the petitioner for the post of Medical Lab Technician, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to consider the pending application Annexure P-5 within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation (Annexure P/5) before respondent No. 2. However, the said representation has not yet been considered and decided. He, therefore, confines his prayer to a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the said representation, in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State does not oppose the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners. 4. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, respondent No. 2/Director, Chhattisgarh Health Services, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P/5) submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to submit an additional representation along with all relevant documents, if so advised. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
