1. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to decide the statutory revision petition dated 19.06.2026 (Annexures P-4) along with application for stay dated 19.06.2026 (Annexures P-5) filed by the petitioners against the appellate order dated 02.06.2026 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3-Appellate Authority and punishment order dated 04.02.2021 (Annexure P-2), passed by respondent No.4-Punishing Authority, within a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for deciding the revision petition dated 19.06.2026 (Annexures P-4) along with application for stay dated 19.06.2026 (Annexures P-5) filed by the petitioners expeditiously by passing a speaking order in a time-bound manner. He further prays that till the final disposal of the said revision petition, no recovery may be made from the petitioners.

4. Mr. Rohit Ahuja, D.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1. Mr. T.S. Sidhu, Advocate has put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2 to 6-Markfed. They have no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the case file.

Respondent No.1-Revisional Authority is directed to decide the statutory revision petition dated 19.06.2026 (Annexures P-4) along with application for stay dated 19.06.2026 (Annexures P-5) filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law by passing a speaking order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
7. Since the statutory revision petition filed by the petitioners is pending and yet to be decided, it will be in the interest of justice that no further recovery be effected from the petitioners.
8. The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
