The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction be issued directing the respondent State decide the case of the petitioner Assured Career Progression (ACP) 5/10 years as expeditiously as possible and thus responsible for the delay be punished in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondent/State to decide the representation dated 17.11.2025 (Annexure P-1). 3.
