JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “a) Directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2026 at Annexure-A and to disburse the retirement benefits to the petitioner in the ends of the justice. b) Grant any other order/s reliefs as deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation at Annexure – A dated 09.02.2026 submitted to the respondent No.2 has not been considered so far by respondent No.2 nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20157 WP No. 7644 of 2026 circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation at Annexure – A dated 09.02.2026 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
