ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers:
"a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd and 6th respondent to complete investigation and file report in Crime No 484/2025 registered on 14/06/2025 Vide Anne-C within reasonable time. b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 3rd to 5th Respondent to supervise the investigation in Crime No 484/2025 registered in the 6th Respondent Police Station and to ensure impartial enquiry is conducted and final report is filed in Crime No 484/2025 within a reasonable time by considering the representation dated 14/03/2026 vide Annx-A and 16/02/2026 submitted to the 3rd and 4th Respondent by the petitioner vide Annexure-B. c) Issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the given circumstances; d) Award costs in favour of the Petitioner."

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.B.N.Jagadeesha, learned SPP-I, appearing for the respondents and have perused the material on record.

3. Learned SPP-I appearing for the respondent-State on instructions would submit that report is ready and would be filed before the concerned Court within one week from today.
4. In the light of the said submission, the petition is rendered infructuous with a direction to the respondent-State to file it before the concerned Court within the next one week.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition stand
disposed.
