However, based on the instructions furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) fairly submitted that the case against the petitioner has, in fact, been registered in Crime No.9 of 2026. 4. In view of the above, the “Crime No.166 of 2026” in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13910 of 2026 shall stand substituted as “Crime No.9 of 2026”. 5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction by substituting the revised crime number in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13910 of 2026 and issue a fresh order copy forthwith. 6.
