Heard Sri. Mahesh B.J., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner has filed application through online for Phodi and Durasth in respect of the schedule property on 04th February, 2022 (Annexure-J), however, the respondent-Authorities have failed to consider the same. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the competent authority shall consider the application made by the petitioner for Phodi and Durasth. Accordingly, the respondent-Authorities are directed to consider the application made by the petitioner dated 04th February, 2022 (Annexure-J) in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
