Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representations. The copy of representation dated 10.6.2025, 7.7.2025, 2.9.2025 and 11.8.2025 Αnnexure P/3 as early as possible. 10.2 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted representation before the Collector and the Commissioner, Sarguja Division, Ambikapur under the rationalization policy on which petitioner was called by the office of Commissioner, Sarguja Division Ambikapur for counseling/hearing on her representation on 13.11.2025, however, on the said date, Presiding Officer was not available and therefore hearing could not take place and till date representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration. Therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 3 / 3 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, in particular submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, that petitioner against her posting under rationalization scheme, had already submitted representation before respondent No.3 which is still pending consideration, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner within a further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. If the representation of petitioner is to be considered by Committee constituted under rationalization policy of the State Govt., then respondent No.3 being Chairman of the Committee can place representation of petitioner for consideration before the Committee. 6.
