Mr. Sanyal, leaned senior advocate, appearing on behalf of the appellant has handed over a copy of the Office Memorandum dated 21.01.2026 bearing Memo No.102/B/APT/PC issued by the Chairman, Kolkata Primary School 2 Council, and submitted that the appellant has already been offered an appointment under OBC-‘B’ category. 2. There is no dispute that the grievance of the writ petitioner/respondent, so far as appointment is concerned, stands redressed. In view of this situation, the appeal at the instance of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education is disposed of. 3. Accordingly, all connected applications stand disposed of. Re: FMA 1195 of 2024 4. In so far as the aforesaid appeal is concerned, the learned advocate for the appellants submits that the same is required to be considered on merits. 5.
