ORAL ORDER Sri.Vinod Kumar M., counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Prabhu Rao C.B., counsel for the respondent appeared in person.
2. This petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) Issue writ of certiorari quashing the further proceedings pursuant to the sale notice issued by the respondent Bank dated 14.09.2023 published in Indian Express English daily, produced at Annexure-E. (b) Grant any other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urges several
contentions.

Sri.Prabhu Rao C.B., counsel for the respondents submits that detailed statement of objections are filed and the same may be taken on record. He further submits that the auction was held on 13.10.2023 and the sale certificate is issued to the auction purchaser on 06.11.2023 and the same was registered on 09.11.2023. Hence, the petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire amount has been cleared.
4. The submission made by the respective parties is placed on record and also the Court perused the prayer with utmost care.
5. The petitioner has sought quashing of the sale notice. However, pursuant to the sale notice dated 14.09.2023, subsequent events have taken place i.e., auction is conducted and the sale certificate has been issued. The petitioner has filed the petition on 03.11.2023. However, as of today, the petitioner's prayer has become infructuous. Hence, petition is
disposed of as having become infructuous.

Because of disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order granted if any stands discharged and pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of.
