(Oral) The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment of conviction dated 05.08.2005 and order of sentence dated 10.08.2005 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak, in Sessions Case No.16 of 2004, dated 21.10.2004, arising out of FIR bearing No.142 dated 11.06.2004, under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Meham, vide which the appellant had been convicted and ordered to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life. Learned State counsel has placed on record report received from SHO, Police Station, Meham Rohtak alleging therein that appellant Rajesh @ Rajje had expired on 07.06.2023. Copy of the death certificate has also been attached and the same are taken on record as Mark X and Mark Y respectively.
