Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Misc. Case No.10 of 2022 in which the impugned order no.11 dated 11th September, 2023 was passed, has already been dismissed along with the Matrimonial Suit No. 147 of 2022 and, therefore, the present revision petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as infructuous. 2. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the petitioner has unnecessarily dragged the petition for a long time and, therefore, may be burden with costs. 3. Since the Misc. Case No.10 of 2022 and Matrimonial Suit No.147 of 2022 has already been dismissed, the present revision petition is infructuous and hence dismissed. 2 4.
