Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 6459/2026 Ramdhan Gurjar S/o Sharwan Lal, Aged About 35 Years, R/o Gurjaro Ki Dhani, Tan Ghatwada, Police Station Chandwaji, District Jaipur (Rajasthan) (At Present In Central Jail, Jaipur). ----Petitioner Versus The State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma with Ms. Kamini Pareek For Respondent(s) : Mr. Jaiprakash Tiwari, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 30/04/2026 1. The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.93/2026 registered at Police Station Shahpura (Jaipur Rural), District Jaipur Rural for offences under Section 8/15 of NDPS Act, 1985. 2. Since both these bail applications arise out of common FIR, hence, they are being decided by this common order. [2026:RJ-JP:18462] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-6458/2026] 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. It is further submitted that both the petitioners have been implicated solely on the basis of the disclosure statement made by the principal accused, Surajmal Choudhary. No recovery has been effected from their conscious possession. The petitioners have been in judicial custody since 30.03.2026 and have no prior criminal antecedents. The trial of the case will take considerable time and in absence of any incriminating evidence against the petitioners, therefore, the bail applications of the petitioners deserves to be allowed. 5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 7. Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Ranjeet Kumar Gurjar S/o Shri Manguram and Ramdhan Gurjar S/o Sharwan Lal, be released on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that each of them shall [2026:RJ-JP:18462] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-6458/2026] appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
