The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the respondents are senior citizen and prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.136 of 2023, which was filed in the year 2023. 3. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2023, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed.
