By referring to the order dated 06.02.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Asaton Nessa Bewa @ Asaton Bewa @ Asaton Nessa, has died on 08.12.2019. It is submitted that none of the legal representatives have come forward for being impleaded. 3. Accordingly, as this writ petition stands abetted on death of the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed on being abetted. 4.
