The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the revised family pension to the petitioner w.e.f. 04.04.2017 on account of death of her mother Santosh Kumari (Group D) during service along with arrears thereof with interest at the rate of 12% per annum for delayed payment, the respondents having taken no fruitful actin despite service of registered legal notice dated 16.03.2026 Annexure P-5. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondent/State to decide the legal notice dated 16.03.2026 Annexure P-5. 3.
