The applicants have preferred this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.- 297/2026, registered at Police Station – Basantpur, District – Rajnandgaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant No. 2, Kanchan Anant, has already filed Cr.M.P. No. 2243/2026, in which the proceedings have been stayed by Division Bench of this Court today.
3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicants, the present bail application, so far as applicant No. 2 is concerned, is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned State counsel submits that, so far as applicant No. 1 is concerned, the present application is not maintainable, as the applicant has already been released pursuant to the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and Satender Kumar Antil v. CBI, (2014) 8 SCC 273. It is further submitted that the memorandum of the applicant has been recorded and the seizure has also been effected.
5. Accordingly, the bail application filed on behalf of applicant No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh application if any further cause of action arises. Sd Sd/-
