Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has a very limited prayer to make in the present case i.e. issuing of some directions for expeditious disposal of his appeal (Annexure P-3) which is pending before the Special Committee/Returning Officer/Competent Authority of the Bar Council Punjab and Haryana wherein the petitioner has challenged resolution dated 19.8.2025 passed by District Bar Association, Rewari dismembering him from the Bar Association. CWP-7248-2026 (O&M) - 2 - off with a request to the Returning Officer/Competent Authority to consider the feasibility of expeditious disposal of appeal (Annexure P-3) in case the petitioner is found to be on parity with Mr. Shamsher Yadav who had also been dismembered vide the same very common order. However, in case there is no parity or there is paucity of time, the appeal may be disposed off as per convenience of the Returning Officer/Competent Authority.
