Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2025 in connection with Lokainayanpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 103, 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Giridih in S.T. No. 366 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no material against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that there is serious allegation against the petitioner in connection with unnatural death of his wife and two minor children. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. The instant bail application is accordingly rejected. 7. However, a letter dated 23.03.2026 has been received from FSL, Ranchi stating that some time will be taken for providing the 2026:JHHC:9121 2 FSL report and the examination of the sample has been taken up on the priority basis. FSL, Ranchi is directed to ensure that the FSL report is place before the concerned court at the earliest. 8. Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the concerned FSL to ensure compliance. 9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through ‘FAX/E-mail’.
