Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the paucity of long time, after passing of interim orders by the trial Court, this Court is not inclined to interdict the interim orders already passed. On perusal of the record, it is observed that the Suit is posted for trial and it is coming up for evidence of PW-2. 4. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present revision petition, directing the trial court to complete the trial and to pass a decree and judgment in the suit at the earliest. 5. With the above direction, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
