N PRAMOD The Court made the following: 3 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO:315/2017 ORDER: The present civil revision petition is filed aggrieved by the order and decree dated 28.09.2016 passed in C.M.A.No.19 of 2015 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the paucity of long time, after passing of interim orders by the trial Court, this Court is not inclined to interdict the interim orders already passed. On perusal of the record, it is observed that the Suit is posted for trial and it is coming up for evidence of PW-2. 4. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present revision petition, directing the trial court to complete the trial and to pass a decree and judgment in the suit at the earliest. 5. With the above direction, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
