The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing of Annexure-C dated 25-06-2025 bearing No.r¹Dgï ©/ºÁ¸À£À/UÀr¥ÁgÀÄ/27/2025 passed by the 3rd Respondent vide Annexure-C impugned report. ii) Issue a Writ, or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of case in the interest of justice and equity. 3. What has been challenged is an externment order passed under Section 55 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963. 4. A perusal of the records indicates that the Petitioner had been served with notice. He had appeared personally - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010516372026 NC: 2026:KHC:40489 WP No. 23284 of 2026 before the Executive Magistrate and was heard by the Executive Magistrate before the impugned order was passed. 5. In that view of the matter, the principles of natural justice having been complied with. The Petitioner has a statutory appellate remedy in terms of Section 59 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963. 6.
