The petitioner has come up prematurely with his misconceived apprehension of suffering harassment from the end of the respondent No. 4-Harmanpreet Kour, with whom the petitioner is alleged to have some friendship at one point of time by reference to which the petitioner is submitting that the respondent No. 4 is bent upon to harass the petitioner. 02. In the name of facts in the entire writ petition, there is nothing stated from the end of the petitioner, as such, this petition cannot be entertained in the present format at present point of time and therefore, is dismissed. Serial No. 186 Supplementary List-3 2 WP(C) No. 2999/2026 CM No. 6609/2026 03. Dismissal of the writ petition shall not cause prejudice to the petitioner in case if any intervention on the part of the Police comes to take place at the instance of the respondent No. 4-Harmanpreet Kour, alleging acts of omission or commission on the part of the petitioner, to resort to legal remedy whatsoever available and/or availed. 04.
