Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging the transfer order dated 11.07.2026, whereby she has been transferred from Nagar Palika Parishad Bodri to Nagar JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2026.08.18 10:36:04 +0530 2 Panchayat Malhar, District Bilaspur. It is submitted that the petitioner is a compassionate appointee and is the sole caregiver of her 66-year-old widowed mother. She also has a minor son recently admitted to KG-1 at Bilaspur and is herself suffering from post-operative complications following a caesarean section. It is further submitted that the petitioner immediately submitted a representation dated 13.07.2026 seeking cancellation of the transfer on account of her personal hardships, but the same is still pending. Learned counsel, therefore, prays for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the said representation expeditiously. 2. Per contra, learned State counsel opposes the petition and submits that, in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation before the competent Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Considering the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner and the submission made by learned State counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the competent Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy within a period of 10 days from today. In case such representation is submitted within the aforesaid period, the 3 competent Transfer Committee shall consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law and the applicable Transfer Policy, preferably within a period of 25 days thereafter. 5.
