Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a businessman and having the passport but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner is not in a position to visit the foreign country for the purpose of his business. The petitioner has filed an appeal and appeal is pending before the appellate Tribunal and he prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
