Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been selected in ‘Group-C’ post in the Revenue Department but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner is not in a position to join his duty. She submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal and the same is pending before the Appellate Tribunal. 2. She prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal as early as possible so as to enable the petitioner to join his duty. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the materials on record. 4. This Court finds that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal on April 7, 2026 and the same is pending. Accordingly, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner dated April 7, 2026 as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5. Accordingly, WPA 14379 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
