DSGI, Mr. Vishal Sharma, fairly submits that he has no objection to the application preferred by the petitioner seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the ld. DSGI, and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal constituted in Arbitration Petition No. 58/2023, vide order dated 20th December, 2024, in relation to Work Order No. 800715/23/E8 for the design and construction of a 50-metre span steel superstructure, through-type major permanent bridge on open foundation over Poonch Nallah at Km 97.70 on the Srinagar–Baramulla–Uri road, under Project Beacon in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, pursuant to Contract 2 | P a g e Agreement No. CA No. CE(P)BCN/08/2007/08, is hereby extended for a further period of three months from the date of expiry of the previous term. 3. The Arbitral Tribunal is expected to conclude the arbitral proceedings within the aforesaid extended period, in accordance with law. 4. A copy of this order shall be made available to the ld.
