By the present application, the applicant/convict is seeking condonation of delay of 216 days caused in lodging the appeal, challenging the judgment and order dated 19/09/2025 passed in Special Case No. 290 of 2023 by the learned District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur, thereby the appellant/accused held guilty for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(j), 376(2) (f), 376(A) (B) and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 4 and 6(n)(p) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for maximum period of 20 years, along with fine. 3.
