This Court by an order dated July 20, 2026 has called for the report from the District Judge to explain as to why the amount has not been released in terms of the order dated January 20, 2026. The District Judge has submitted the report wherein it reveals that the amount has been released in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner has accepted the said amount. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not having any further claim or interest thereon. 5. Accordingly, WPA 13049 of 2026 is disposed of. 6.
