Learned counsel submits that the luster lost wheat on account of less gain, is not a misconduct as per Rules, this aspect, he submits, be taken into account by the Enquiry Officer as also letter dated 23.02.2026, Annexure P18 and prays that the same be decided in a time bound manner. 4. Learned State counsel submits that in case petitioner No.2 cooperates with the enquiry, it shall be concluded, within a period of 4 months, in accordance with law, taking note of the submission hereinabove, which satisfies learned counsel opposite. 5.
