In light of this development, these proceedings are closed with the observation that let the needful in terms of the instructions be done forthwith and it be ensured that the reliefs to which the petitioner is now entitled to,i.e. pension, is paid to her regularly from the month of May, 2026 and arrear, if any, be released in her favour within three months from today.
