The present Writ Petition is filed seeking continuation of the Petitioners, who are employees of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, A.P. Backward Class Welfare Residential School and Junior Colleges situated at Tekulodu, Lepakshi of Ananthapur District and Nandalur of Anamayya District, till the age of superannuation of 62 years in terms of G.O.Ms.No.15, Finance (HR.IV-FR&LR) Department, dated 31.01.2022, whereunder the age of superannuation of Government Employees was enhanced to 62 years. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that this Court in W.P.No.4913 of 2024 and batch, had allowed the claims of similarly placed persons vide its order, dated 29.01.2026, and no appeal was filed thereon. 3. Sri T. Vinod Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.3 and 4, does not dispute the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 8 4. In the light of the submissions made and in terms of the Orders passed in W.P.No.4913 of 2024 and batch, dated 29.01.2026, the present Writ Petitions are disposed of, with the following directions: i) The Petitioners shall be continued in service till the age of 62 years. ii) There shall be no order as to costs. 5. The Registry is directed to append a copy of the Order passed in W.P.No.4913 of 2024, dated 29.01.2026, to this Order.
