Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, since the petitioner is claiming the change of khatha based on the registered sale deed dated 21.04.1995 (Annexure-A), which has been executed 30 years ago, I am of the view that, direction cannot be issued to respondent No.2 to change the khatha in favour of the petitioner. 4.
