INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to implement the order dated 12th September, 2023 (Annexure-A) passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Puttur Sub-Division to remove the obstruction caused by the respondent No.3 herein to reach his land. 2. Heard Sri. Ravikumar G.H., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010685502024 NC: 2026:KHC:43376 WP NO.33129 OF 2024 and 2; and Sri. Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I have carefully perused the order dated 12th September, 2023 (Annexure-A), wherein the Assistant Commissioner, Puttur Sub-Division directed the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to take action, if the respondent No.3 obstruct the public road. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the respondent No.2- Tahsildar shall take action to remove obstruction causing by the respondent No.3. Accordingly, the respondent No.2-Tahsildar is directed to remove the obstruction, if any caused by the respondent No.3, in terms of order dated 12th September, 2023 (Annexure-A) passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Puttur Sub-Division in accordance with law, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
