The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to severe health issues, the petitioner travelled to Kerala to undergo Ayurvedic treatment under medical advice. Hence, the petitioner could not appear before the respondent police to comply with the condition. He further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to comply with any modified condition that may be imposed by this Court. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has not reported before the respondent police even for a single day and complied with the condition. Hence, she prays for the dismissal of the petition. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and taking note of the petitioner's non-compliance in failing to report before the respondent police even for a single day, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition.
