Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and due to matrimonial dispute, false complaint has been lodged. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner is having three (3) previous cases pending against him.
