The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 24.07.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner in OSS Case No. 2754 of 2016. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to another order also passed on the same day whereby the petitioner was directed to file certified copy of the related W.L.L Case by the next date and the case was posted to 28.08.2024. However, on the same day, the matter was again taken up and disposed of by the impugned order. This Court is unable to comprehend as to how the matter could be finally disposed of on the same day when by another order also passed on the same day, the matter was adjourned to 28.08.2024. This shows complete non-application of mind by the Additional Commissioner. 4. The writ application is therefore, allowed. The impugned order Order No. 04. 2 | P a g e is set aside.
