...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent University in not issuing Hall Tickets to the students of the Petitioner Institution for appearing in the II Semester B.Ed. Examinations scheduled to commence from 29-06- 2026, despite having received the prescribed examination fee, examination applications and other requisite particulars from the students, and further in withholding the results of the I Semester B.Ed. Examinations already written by the very same students pursuant to the orders passed by this Honourable Court in W.P. No.32989 of 2025, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the principles laid down by this Honourable Court that students shall not be made to suffer on account of disputes concerning the management or affairs of the institution, and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith issue Hall Tickets to all eligible students of the Petitioner Institution for the II Semester B.Ed. Examinations commencing from 29-06- 2026, permit them to appear for the said examinations and further release and declare the results of the l- Semester B.Ed.
Examinations and all subsequent examinations on par with other similarly situated students, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents 3 and 4 to issue Hall Tickets to all eligible students of the Petitioner Institution for the Second Semester B.Ed.
