By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to hand over the charge of the post of Mandal Sanyojak RAHUL JHA Digitally signed by RAHUL JHA Date: 2026.08.25 17:16:05 +0530 2 (Divisional Coordinator) in terms of the Government decision dated 07.07.2025 and letter dated 21.07.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by referring to paragraph 10 of the reply filed by the State, submits that although the State has assured that the petitioner's claim shall be dealt with in accordance with the Government decision dated 07.07.2025, till date, no decision has been taken and the charge of Divisional Coordinator has also not been handed over to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State, while responding to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterates the stand taken in the reply and, by referring to Annexure R/1 dated 10.08.2026, submits that the claim of the petitioner has not been rejected and shall be considered in accordance with the Government decision dated 07.07.2025. 4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5/Assistant Commissioner (Tribal), Surajpur, District Surajpur to take a decision on the petitioner's claim for being entrusted with the charge of Divisional Coordinator, in accordance with the Government decision dated 07.07.2025, within a period of 25 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
