1. Petitioners have filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal.
2. Altogether 12 petitioners have filed the present writ application but this Court finds that all are not related to each other. Only the petitioner nos. 7, 9 and 11 are brothers.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the appeal is pending before the appellate Tribunal and prays for dispose of the appeal.
4. Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed of only with regard to the petitioner nos. 7, 9 and 11 namely Jiyaul Mondal, Bilkish Mondal and Monirul Islam Mondal with the request to the appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal of these petitioners as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. As regard the other petitioners, this Court has not passed any order. The petitioners are liberty to file separate application if so advised.

6. WPA 18638 of 2026 is disposed of.
7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
