This writ petition is disposed of at its very inception stage in view of the fact that to the impugned show cause notice No. EE/PMGSY/M/2026-27/1775-79 dated 07.08.2026 issued by the Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Mahore, District Reasi, addressed to the petitioner, a detailed reply dated 11.08.2026 came to be submitted from the end of the petitioner whereafter the Serial No. 184 Supplementary List-2 Page 2 of 3 WP(C) No. 3026/2026 petitioner has not been served with any outcome from the end of the Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Mahore. 02. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Mahore, to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in support of the show cause reply as submitted from its end by its proprietor-Faisal Syeed. 03. The petitioner’s proprietor shall appear before the Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Mahore, District Reasi, on 28.09.2026, whereupon the Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Mahore, District Reasi, shall conduct the requisite inquiry for taking the show cause notice to its final conclusion and decision thereupon bearing reasons for the petitioner to know the fate as to whether it is going to bear the consequences as set out in the show cause notice to be placed from the end of the Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Mahore, District Reasi or to be relieved from the adverse consequences on the showing of the reasons from its end. 04. The matter to be taken to its logical end by the Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Mahore, District Reasi, by or before 17.10.2026. Page 3 of 3 WP(C) No. 3026/2026 05. Disposal of this writ petition in the aforesaid manner shall not be prejudicing the remedy available to the petitioner in the event of any adverse outcome against the petitioner from the end of the Executive Engineer PMGSY, Division Mahore, District Reasi. 06.
