During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the initial challenge was of preparation of the voter list in the year 2015 and the appeal against the rejection of their claim was filed before the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Chhattisgarh in the year 2017. During pendency of that appeal, the tenure of the elected body came to an end and taking note of that fact therein one of the ground, the Registrar Cooperative Societies has dismissed the appeal as having been rendered infructuous. He however submits that after 2021 in the year 2022 fresh voter list have been prepared considering the voter list of 2015. He submits that in the facts of the case, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the new voter list prepared by the authorities in the year 2022. 2. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.
