(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner’s legal notice dated 15.11.2025, Annexure P-12, by passing a speaking order, and thereupon take appropriate action against four of his insurance agents for concealment of material facts. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was working as Development Officer in Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) since 1997, and the aforesaid insurance agents were working under him. He further submitted that two of those terminated their spouse agency, while the other two terminated their relative agency. Considering the submissions, this Court finds no ground to entertain the petition and/or issue the directions prayed for. The dispute is purely personal, inter se the petitioner and his former agents, for which he can avail remedies with the Department, or under the private law, if so advised. 4. Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies aforementioned.
