In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No. 2 along with the jurisdictional Assistant Director Land Records are directed to conduct spot inspection of the subject land on 11.09.2026 at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the petitioner and thereafter, take decision in the matter as to whether the petitioner has encroached the land belonging to the respondents or not. Till such consideration has to be made by the respondent/ Authorities, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. 5.
