Learned advocate also submits that there are no relevant witnesses left to be examined by the prosecution, as such, learned advocate prays that the petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that in continuity of the initial seizure of FICN, some FICN were also recovered from the present petitioner and there are antecedents of the present petitioner which includes an offence under the Arms Act and Fake Currency. 2 Having considered the previous antecedents and the fact that the seizure was effected from the conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
