Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with and he also produced the proceedings of the Sub Registrar, Mannachanallur, dated 24.01.2026, and an order refusing registration was also passed on 01.09.2025. 3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
