In view of the reasons already assigned in the interim order dated 06.04.2026 passed in this writ petition and the submissions made by learned Advocate General, the impugned order dated 27.03.2026, passed by respondent No.1 is quashed and set aside. The State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr.) in today’s date. It is hoped and expected that the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition shall be comprehended in the spirit in which it is passed for enriching the legal knowledge of quasi-judicial Authorities and all such Authorities including the petitioner, shall be imparted appropriate training in collaboration with Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy, Shimla.
