Petitioners have filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of order dated 11.11.2024 passed in writ petition bearing WPC No. 2256 of 2016 and order dated 20.04.2025 passed in contempt petition bearing Cont. No. 363/2025. 2. Perusal of the order dated 11.11.2024 in WPC No. 2256 of 2016 would show that this Court has disposed of the writ petition directing the Additional Tahsildar to conclude the proceedings expeditiously. When the proceedings was not concluded, petitioner has filed one contempt petition bearing Cont No. 363 of 2025. It is still pending consideration. Copy of order sheet dated 20.04.2025 of Cont. No. 363 of 2025 is filed as Annexure C-6. 3. From perusal of that order sheet it is apparent that contempt petition is still pending consideration and, therefore, I am of the considered view that second contempt petition would not lie.
