1. Learned Addl. Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 6.
2. Issuance of notice to respondent No.7 is dispensed with in view the proposed order to be passed.

3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
" a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.02 to consider the Representation dated 31.07.2026 wherein the Petitioner has sought for adequate police protection vide ANNEXURE - E.. b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.03 to consider the Representation dated 31.07.2026 wherein the Petitioner has sought for adequate police protection vide ANNEXURE - E1.
c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.04 to consider the Representation dated 31.07.2026 wherein the Petitioner has sought for adequate police protection vide ANNEXURE - E2.
d) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.05 to consider the Representation dated 31.07.2026 wherein the Petitioner has sought for adequate police protection vide ANNEXURE-E.3
e) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.06 to consider the Representation dated 31.07.2026 wherein the Petitioner has sought for adequate police protection vide ANNEXURE - E4 f) Pass such other order or orders if it is deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity."
4. Alleging that respondent No.7, who is the wife of the petitioner has been threatening the petitioner, his widowed mother and paternal uncle with the implication of false criminal cases and has also threatened them with dire consequences to their lives, the petitioner has

submitted representations to the respondents seeking police protection. As the same has not been provided, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the aforesaid reliefs.
5. The petitioner himself had filed a petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights in M.C.No.27/2024 and subsequently filed M.C.No.10/2026 seeking dissolution of the marriage. If that were to be so, it would be for the petitioner to file appropriate application in those proceedings as sought for in the representation and it is for that Court to consider the said application on merits in accordance with law and pass necessary orders.
6. Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition stands
