Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the instant petition, the parties have amicably settled their dispute by entering into a compromise. Counsel wants to place documents in this regard on the record, so, she has made a prayer to defer the matter for some other day. 2. If compromise has taken place between the parties no purpose would be served by keeping this matter pending. The parties are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer who can verify the factum of compromise being arrived at between the parties and submit the conclusion report accordingly, before the Concerned Court. 3. The petitioners would be at liberty to move an application for revival of these petitions and for recall of this order in case any cause of action/grievance still survives. 4. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant petitions stand disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. However, the Investigating Officer is at liberty to submit the conclusion report before the Competent Court after verifying the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.
