Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "Wherefore the Petitioner above named humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to: a) Allow the petition and direct the Authorized Officer and Deputy Conservator of Forests, Hunasuru Sub Division, Hunasuru / respondent No. 2 to consider the application dated 11.06.2026 filed by the Petitioner to release the lorry bearing Reg. The lorry of the petitioner bearing Registration No.KA-01- AD-1486 having been seized by the respondents in connection with the case in FOC No.3/2026-27, a condition initially was imposed for furnishing of bank guarantee in order to release the said lorry. 4. The petitioner is before this Court contending that, in view of the various decisions rendered by this Court, there would not be a requirement for providing of bank guarantee if the petitioner is willing to provide adequate surety, which could be considered for the said release. 5. Learned AGA on instructions submits that, if the necessary application is filed by the petitioner, the same would be considered within two weeks' from today. 6.
